Upon entering an event, your email address will be added to our list of recipients for our weekly newsletter and/or to inform you of changes or updates. If you do not wish to receive emails, you can opt out at any time. We will not share or sell your information at any time. Localugo.com is a nationwide database of events. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that expand or enhance the current Service shall be subject to the SA. You understand and agree that the service is provided "AS IS" and that we do not assume responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user provided content or communications.

In order to use the service, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content, and pay any service fees associated with such access. • to submit Content that harasses, degrades, intimidates or is hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
• to submit Content that is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, misinformative, constitutes "bait and switch";

• for incorporation into a commercial product of service;
• to download directory listings or other information by using any type of automated means;
• to create or submit unwanted email to any localugo.com users("SPAM");
• for the purposes of soliciting, offending or harassing any person or persons;
• to create or submit intentionally false or misleading information;
• to transmit any material that contains software worms, viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed
• to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
• to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
• to modify, adapt or hack the Service of modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with localugo.com;
• to provide any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements): or

17. Dispute Resolution

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. ALL DISPUTES, CONTROVERSIES OR CLAIMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT AND THE SERVICE ("DISPUTES") SHALL BE SETTLED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION CONDUCTED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, BY A NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS AGREEMENT AND THE THEN CURRENT COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION. The arbitrability of Disputes shall also be determined by the arbitrator. Each party shall bear its own expenses, except that the prevailing party may recover the filing costs and the expenses of the arbitrator from the other party. Any award of the arbitrator shall be in writing and shall state the reasons for the award. Judgment upon an award may be entered in any Court having competent jurisdiction. A request to a court for interim equitable relief shall not be deemed a waiver of the obligation to arbitrate.

You agree and acknowledge that no claim subject to the Service Agreement may be brought as a class action.

18. Miscellaneous

Any Failure of localugo.com to enforce any provision of this Service Agreement or related right shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

The section titles used in this Service Agreement are for convenience only and carry no legal or contractual effect.
